SHIPPING METHODS
We currently offer the following shipping options depending on your delivery location and product availability:
- Standard Shipping – Delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping – Available for selected products and locations (where applicable).
Shipping options available for your order will be displayed during checkout.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery location, product weight, dimensions, and courier availability.
Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional offers, as displayed on our website.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after successful payment confirmation or order verification.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp along with your tracking details.
DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
DELIVERY COVERAGE
We currently deliver to more than 28,000 PIN codes across India.
If your delivery PIN code is not serviceable, we will inform you promptly and process a full refund if payment has already been received.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you can track its status through:
- My Orders section on our website.
- Email notifications.
- WhatsApp or SMS tracking updates provided by our logistics partner.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order is received in a damaged condition or appears to have been tampered with during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
For damaged product claims, customers must provide:
- A complete and unedited unboxing video.
- Photos showing the damaged product.
- Order ID and contact details.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
FAILED DELIVERY
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, incorrect contact information, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, Vytrix Unified Ventures OPC Private Limited ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
